Chief Revenue Officer

Tyler Thielmann is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Forward Financing overseeing all aspects of the company’s sales operations.

Prior to joining Forward Financing, Tyler spent 11 years at Spring Financial, Canada’s leading online-only lender, where he was part of the founding team and most recently served as President & CEO. During his tenure, he led the company from its inception to a national fintech brand with over 450 employees and nearly 1 million annual applicants. He has over 14 years of experience leading and scaling financial product sales teams in B2C and B2B environments, managing digital customer acquisition, and launching innovative financial products and new revenue lines.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from British Columbia Institute of Technology. He currently resides with his family in Vancouver, Canada.
