Andrea Fiederer is the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at Forward Financing. In her role, she leads the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, driving growth through demand generation, strengthening the brand, and elevating the customer experience.

Andrea has over 25 years of experience in brand building, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and scaling high-growth businesses. She spent a decade as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at goeasy Ltd., a Canadian consumer lender, expanding the company’s product portfolio, channels of distribution, and digital footprint. Most recently, she served as the Fractional Global Chief Revenue Officer at Bird, a global micromobility leader, leading the development of a three-year strategic growth plan to accelerate revenue and new customer acquisition.

Andrea was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network in 2016 and received the Lending Woman of the Year Award from the Canadian Lenders Association in 2021.

Originally from Montreal, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business. She currently resides with her family in Toronto, Canada.
