Acting as Your Liaison to Funders

Your funding journey begins with an ISO representative who will evaluate your business and assess your financing needs. Based on this information, they will submit your application to specific funders and will keep you informed from the initial submission until the funding stage.

Guiding You through Underwriting, Managing Documentation, and Contract Signing

Once Forward receives your application from the ISO, our underwriting team will evaluate your business’s financials and overall health. If your application is accepted, an offer will be sent to the ISO who will walk through the details with you.

If you accept the offer, the ISO will assist in gathering the necessary documents required to finalize the agreement. Every deal requires certain documents including a signed contract, voided check, driver’s license, and bank verification. If Forward requires additional documentation or adjusts your offer based on any new information, the ISO will communicate with both parties.

Ensuring a Smooth Transition to Funding

After the offer is finalized and the contract is signed, you’ll move on to the funding stage. At this point, you’ll work directly with Forward to confirm personal details and the details of your contract. Once this call is completed you will receive your funds and gain access to our customer portal, where you can manage your account and monitor your progress. This is when you fully transition from working with the ISO to becoming a Forward customer.
