Know Where to Go for Help

At Forward, customer support is a top priority. We want to ensure customers get the help they need, when they need it. We try to make the process as convenient and simple as possible, no matter how you’re contacting us – via phone, email, text, or chat. If you’re ever unsure about where to go, the information below should guide you in the right direction.

New to Forward and want to apply for funding?

If you’ve never funded with Forward before and would like to apply for your first round of funding, you can apply through one of our many Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) or you can apply online directly through our website. Our application requires basic personal and business information and typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Interested in an additional round of funding?

  • If you’re a Forward customer, at least 50% paid on your current round of funding, and interested in applying for a renewal for another round of funding, please contact your dedicated Account Executive.
  • If you’ve worked with Forward before, but forget who your Account Executive is, simply email getstarted@forwardfinancing.com and we’ll work to get you a decision within a few hours!

If you’re a Forward customer with a question about a current round of funding, please contact our award-winning Account Servicing team. They can be reached at 888-954-4377 or account.servicing.team@forwardfinancing.com, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.

Common inquiries this team handles include, but are not limited to:

  • Payment Relief – reducing the daily or weekly amount you remit to Forward due to experiencing a proven decline in your business’s revenue.
  • Refunds on Overages – refunding any overages you remitted to Forward while your business experienced a decline in revenue.
  • Additional Payments – remitting more than your original daily or weekly payment amount to Forward to possibly receive an early performance discount.
  • General Account Inquiries – requesting documentation, such as a zero balance or payoff letter, or changing the date of an upcoming payment.
