Great Place to Work Names Forward Financing on Fortune 2023 Best Workplaces for Millennials List

July 25, 2023 — Forward Financing has been named on the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials 2023 list. This is Forward’s first time being named to this prestigious list, ranking #45 out of 100 for small- and medium-sized businesses.

To be eligible for the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials list, companies must be Great Place To Work-Certified™ and must have at least 50 millennial employees in the U.S.

Millennials make up about 70% of Forward Financing’s U.S. team, with the next largest group being Generation Z.
