Forward Financing Celebrates Team Connection and Shared Mission at Winter Palooza

February 12, 2026 – Following a year of significant milestones, Forward Financing kickstarted 2026 with its semi-annual Palooza. Starting in Santiago, Dominican Republic this January and concluding in Boston this February, these events brought the global team together to align efforts and celebrate their shared impact on the small business community.
As a remote-first organization, these gatherings are pivotal to fostering meaningful connections that drive the company’s high-performing culture. The DR edition of Palooza opened with a high-energy info-sharing event where the team turned 2025 wins and lessons learned into a launchpad for 2026. With a focus on optimizing operations, colleagues in the DR shared how they are leveraging new tools and data-driven decisions to better serve small businesses. This collaborative session ensured that the team’s firsthand experience continues to inform the company’s strategy as Forward scales.
The cornerstone of the Boston event was Headliner, Forward’s flagship, annual kickoff held at the Simons Theatre at the New England Aquarium. Team members gathered to reflect on recent successes and align on a 2026 trajectory focused on advancing the company’s mission: unlocking the capital that fuels small businesses across America. By evolving to be more digitally enabled, Forward is committed to enhancing the speed and accessibility of funding, ensuring small business owners have the resources they need to thrive.
The team also partnered with Camp Harbor View, a local organization dedicated to serving Boston’s youth. In addition to hands-on volunteering, the team held a fundraising drive to support the camp’s mission and help ensure programs remain accessible to the community.
“In a hybrid world, Palooza helps us turn face time into meaningful momentum,” said Lauren Perry, Senior Director of People & Culture. “By bringing people together with purpose, we strengthen alignment, sharpen focus, and create the energy that shows up in how we serve our customers.”
The events culminated in an Awards Gala at Artists for Humanity in Boston, where the team recognized outstanding individual and collective achievements from the past year. As team members return to executing the 2026 roadmap across regions, the momentum from the January and February sessions reinforces a unified, customer-focused approach to helping small businesses reach their full potential in the year ahead.
