UAT Specialist

As a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist, you will be an integral part of the growth and improvement of our suite of in-house software products as well as Salesforce. As a rapidly growing company, our product and engineering teams are responsible for actively developing new features for our internal and external stakeholders. 

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to:
    • Create UAT plans for new features during development
    • Perform UAT before features are released to stakeholders
    • Clearly communicate issues discovered during UAT in both verbal and written forms
    • Provide final UAT sign-off after issues are resolved
  • Cultivate and maintain digital UAT training guide
  • Become a domain expert in both Forward Financing’s suite of applications and  Salesforce to thoroughly test new features

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a startup or small business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong technical skills including the ability to use and understand web applications
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Willingness to collaborate with and be open to feedback from team members
  • Good judgment and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Desire to develop UI/UX design skills and contribute to an agile product team

  • Basic UI/UX best practices
  • English/Spanish Bilingual
  • Atlassian Product (Jira) knowledge
