To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place to Work analyzed the survey responses of over 200,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies with 100 to 999 U.S. employees. The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 176,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies in the financial services and insurance industry. In that survey, 99% of Forward’s employees said it’s a great place to work – 42% higher than the average U.S. company.
