Jason Solomon joined Forward Financing as Vice President of Sales in September 2018. As the company’s sales leader, Jason is responsible for building a scalable sales organization that delivers predictable results and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining the team at Forward Financing, Solomon held multiple sales management positions, most recently serving as the Channel Vice President of Sales for Esquire Solutions, a leader in the legal professional services industry. From 2013 to 2018, Solomon played a key role in Esquire’s success by converting an under-performing sales team into the most profitable team in the company, doubling its revenue production in less than three years. Solomon was also the youngest team member in Esquire’s history to be promoted to an executive sales position. Before Esquire, Jason spent five years in the luxury hospitality and hospitality sales industries, working at multiple resorts in Stowe, VT where he honed his skills in sales, customer service, and marketing.
Though born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, Solomon earned a Bachelor of Science in General Business from Miami University of Ohio in 2006 before returning home to earn his M.B.A. with a focus in Marketing from Northeastern University in 2013.
