To check your account balance or payment history, we encourage you to visit our merchant portal. If you have questions about adjusting your payment plan, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your March bank account statement and April month-to-date transaction history (either in a .csv or .pdf file) and a member of our Account Servicing team will be happy to assist you.
