Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will lead the efforts in finding opportunities to optimize, maintain and evolve TA systems, tools, programs and processes. This position will report into the Director, Talent Acquisition while partnering closely with the VP, People.  You will provide day to day operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and other internal business partners to increase operational efficiency and productivity.

In this role you will: 

  • Own and deliver employer branding/recruitment marketing initiatives (LI sponsored ads, Google Search ads), including researching and proposing new branding/marketing opportunities to Director of TA and VP of People
  • Collaborate with the Director of TA and FF Analytics team on creation of relevant dashboards and reports.
  • Manage and configure Greenhouse ATS (and act as system admin) including periodic assessment of work flow and best practices and management of integrations, including integration with Charthop. Ensure data quality in Greenhouse.
  • Partner with TA Team to optimize DEI recruiting initiatives that lead to desired outcomes in this area. This could include creating new external partnerships, providing internal training, implementing new DEI-focused recruiting tools.
  • Partner with the Director of TA to maintain, update and deliver interview training programs across the company with the goal of enhancing interview quality and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to document processes in PowerPoint or another format, to be used in training and/or for reference.
  • Vendor relationships: Handle monthly vendor check ins (Built in Boston, etc) and provide updates to Director of TA as well as helping research and propose new vendor partnerships.
  • Manage a small team in TA Operations with a focus on maintaining a collaborative, empowering and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations within a corporate environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Process and detail oriented with great follow through and ability to be proactive and pitch new ideas based on data.
