Top Places to Work Awards

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state based on an employee survey that measures their opinions about the company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. More than 80,000 individuals and 363 Massachusetts companies participated in the survey.

“The workplace is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and the companies that embraced that change, and put their employees’ needs first, really stood out,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor.

Growth at Forward Financing

2021 has been an incredible year for Forward Financing. The company headcount has grown by more than 70% since January, has added new benefits, and has been recognized for a wide range of achievements.

“We work hard to make Forward Financing a place where our people can grow as individuals and professionals,” said Braley. “Over the past year, we’ve formalized our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) interdepartmental committee and hosted monthly employee-led coffee chats and professional speakers.”
